I am 150 lbs and it works perfectly for me. I tried different push up bars and I like this one the most.

Don't waste your money!

Absolutely terrible product. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The bars nearly bent in half the first time I used them. And yes, I used them as instructed. I can't believe these are still sold, complete waste of my time having to go return it after barely a single use!
