GREAT STEP UP FROM THE PROGYM, I'D RECOMMEND TO BUY! My wife bought me this one for Christmas last yr and I love it. I had the ProGym first and was able to work up to this one. Def think it was best that I bought the other one first though, because I could not have handled going straight to this one. The different weight combinations are great, and I like having the 50lb tube in this one. Thanks

GREAT IF NO GYM ACCESS Works really great. Gyms closed due to the Clovid-19 pandemic. Now if I could only find the instruction booklet.

AWESOME Tired of the gyms being closed, opened, closed again so bought this item and it's awesome. Booklet had some basic exercises and hundreds more on Youtube. Maybe I'm just not used to bands but workouts seem more strenuous than using weights for many exercises. Try it, you won't be sorry.

Bought this for my son incase the gym shuts down again or isolation periods due to covid. He seems pretty happy with it.
