Battery Burnout!

If only I could give it a minus 5 star rating. Simply for how quickly the batteries burn out. Started dimming within one hour of use and completely out by second hour. (total use times) I used brand new AAA EveryReady batteries.

Q: Globe lights 052-9292-6 why do the lights start bright but hour later they are barely glowing ( not touching the dimmer ). Turn them off and hour later they start bright again ?
