Très décevant

Après même pas 3 mois la corrosion a commencé à faire des siennes, malgré que je grattais les pôles et mettais un peu de graisse. Le produit pourrait clairement être amélioré. À chaque nettoyage c’est un combat pour essayer de refaire partir la fontaine. Enlève le couvercle, gratte un peu, remet le couvercle et on recommence. Clairement je ne recommande pas et je ne rachèterai pas.

Don’t buy
a year ago
Worked great for a couple of months. Then stopped. It took customer service about 2.5 to replace it under warranty. It was terrible. They kept asking the stupidest questions, taking their time to respond, etc. then after it was approved for a replacement I was left waiting for a good month for unit to arrive.
And guess what, the new unit worked for exactly 2 weeks and stopped. Awful. I’m dreading dealing with customer service again.

N’achetez pas ce produit !!

Pire fontaine pour Animaux que j’ai eu … au debut j’aimais le concept que on puisse controler a distance avec l’application et recevoir des notifications de celle-ci lorsque il y aurait un probleme avec la fontaine(Manque d’eau,filtre a remplacer ect.) je me suis vite rendu compte que l’appli n’envoyais pas de notif mais bien des alerte qaund tu ouvrais la dite application seulement. De plus, cest une bataille a chaque semaine de remettre le couvercle avec les bornes electriques qui fontionne une fois sur deux je ne recommande pas d’acheter ce produits cest 100$ jeter au poubelle

Absolutely terrible

Had it for less then a month completely stopped working absolutely worst water fountain ever to exist , if you want a hard time connecting it or even getting water out of it then it’s for you , but seriously what a terrible product
