Product Details

The Geeni water fountain filter is designed to remove impurities, bad tastes and odors, and chlorine from the water. Change your filters every 3-4 weeks to keep your pets' water tasting clean and fresh. To prevent the activated carbon dust (which will not harm your pets) from shedding into water, please soak the filter in water for 2 minutes and rinse it before inserting into the fountain. The unique design allows for easy installation and replacement. This 12 pack of replacement filters will last on average 12 months. The water fountain filter is for dog and cat fresh water fountains.

I would not recommend the Geeni pet water fountain that uses these filters. Every time I clean the machine it takes numerous attempts at getting the water tray to make a good connection so the pump starts again.
