Advanced Silicone II Kitchen & Bath sealant is permanently flexible with 40% more flexibility than Class 25 sealants and has 5X stronger adhesion than Silicone 1* sealant. Its 30-minute water-ready formula offers 10-year mould-free product protection to protect against mould and mildew growth. 2 months agoA: GE advanced Silicone II has as one of the product limitations on the technical data sheet, that it should not be used in contact with food directly or indirectly.

Q: How strong of an odour does this have and if so, does it disapate to no odor when cured?
2 years agoA: Thank you for your question. GE Advanced Silicone 2 Kitchen and Bath Sealant will have a light ammonia odor during application so we recommend using it in a well-ventilated area.
