I bought this product along with a Garrison Modern Grip Handle set. I experienced issues with both products. The keyless entry pad no longer works as the number 4 keeps flashing. The entry pad beeps continuously. I had to remove the batteries to silence it. When I contacted Garrison, I was advised the product had a limited one-year guarantee. I have a logical expectation that a keyless pad should have a life expectancy of more that 14 months. Garrison offered me a store credit but refused to deal with the Grip Handle set. I would strongly recommend against Garrison products.

worked well like summer but now we're in the colder months and it won't stop beeping. got different batteries to help with the cold but still is hitting random numbers. can not use the key pad. now have to use the key 🤦🏼♀️

Q: How to get rid of the pre-user code numbers that you have to press before allowed to enter user code (3 digits that are randomly displayed each time you try to unlock)

A: The random code is for security purpose, so that no one can figure out the user code after your press random code.

Q: Can anyone point me in the direction of the user manual? I needed to change batteries and can no longer program my lock. Thanks

A: Normally when batteries are changed, it should be OK to run as usual. 1. Check to see if the battery polarities have been reversed or if the battery is dead. If so, re-install or change the battery and please make sure the cable is properly connected. 2. If above doesn’t solve the issue, then return to do the program setup as below 3 steps. Be sure to have door handling identification process as first step to run first.

Q: Have this lock. Worked great for a bit now it will not engage all the way when unlocking. Have to use a key. Any ideas?

A: It might be gear issue or tailpiece did not well alighted. Please try to re-install it and make sure the tailpiece alighted well in horizontal position. If there is same issue after installation, then it might be gear issue and would recommend to replace it.

A: Adjustable latch fits both backset of 2 3/8" (60 mm) and 2 3/4" (70 mm). Drill a hole 2-1/8" (54 mm) through the door face for the lockset, then a hole of 1" (25.4 mm) for latch.
