Not a great product

I bought this in July. Wasn't too bad installing and programming the lock. However,it eats batteries like crazy and now that it is colder, it doesn't work at all. Numbers just keep flashing all over the place and I haven't been able to re-set to factory settings. Hope Canadian Tire will stand behind it.

Absolute JUNK

Canadian Tire should be ashamed of this product. It is impossible to program a code into the device. Basically, I bought a door handle with a key entry. I called On-line support and they do not support that model even though their number is listed in the manual. And now because everything has been assembled, I can assure you that Canadian Tire will not refund my money when I bring it back.

Good function and it took my husband 30 mins to install it, we are all happy with it , there is only one thing that is under considering, there are not many colors for selection, if it is able to do the polished brass finished I think it will look better!
