Like so many of the other reviews, this unit died on us way too soon. Fan runs, but does not collect water. Not worth getting repaired, so unfortunately it becomes landfill.

Mauvais achat

Il a bien fonctionné les premiers mois seulement... Je l'ai serré pour l'hiver et ressorti en début d'été et il ne ramasse plus l'humidité
Had two separate units. Both died after just one year.

Avoid this!

Probable the worst appliance I've ever bought (and I had a Kenmore washer).
The big attraction here was the pump and hose which only worked for about a week. Now I empty the bucket every 24 hours then try to coax the machine to turn itself back on. This usually involves taking the bucket out and back in repeatedly before unplugging and re-booting.

A: Dimensions for small portable appliances are not usually included in the manuals, I am not sure of the reason...but ii is not a requisite.

A: Maybe the level for the bucket has come out of position. Or the bucket got cracked when putting it in.

A: Yes. After running it all day, I came home to find the room muggy and hot. Did not loose that "clammy" feeling inside due to the warm air pumped out by fan.
