Looks pretty but couldn't get it on wifi to use

Could not even start using it. I could not, for the life of me, get it to connect to WiFi. We have an eero 7 Pro mesh network and the scale could see the network but not connect. I tried all the troubleshooting steps for the eero (only 2.4 GHz network on, legacy mode, even added a mesh location to boost signal - nothing). I would've loved to use the scale but it was a non-starter.

I bought this a month ago to replace my earlier version that stopped recognizing me and putting my weight-ins to my husband’s account. We are at least 10 lbs different. I got so frustrated that I bought the S2. Unfortunately, the same problem emerged. I had to kick him out of the account to get my weigh-ins to record to my account. I have deleted all the rogue measurements. Now that I have 2 weeks of data on my account, I have invited him back in. I look forward to see if the scale recognizes me when I return. This is definitely a frustrating part of this product, there is no way to get it to switch users effectively. If there was a button and a longer window to change users it would work better.

A: You don't need a Garmin watch, but you will need to download the Garmin connect app to sync with the scale.
