Gardena Premium Male End Metal Accessory Tool Adapter

Too bad I didn't know that these existed before I wasted so much money on the garbage plastic ones, but my local store doesn’t carry these at all (shame on them) and I only found them because I was desperately searching for a more-permanent alternative to having to replace yet another garbage plastic one. I love the Gardena system and it’s so convenient to be able to quickly change nozzles/devices. But the plastic male connectors are almost useless and frequently break from the sideway forces when pulling the hose around. These metal ones are a game-changer – they feel 100x more solid than the plastic ones and, frankly, look better, too. I liked my first one so much I bought two more for my pressure washer and my other hose. It’s too bad they’re only available individually, though. They're not outrageous on their own, but Canadian Tire also sells an all-metal kit with two male and a female nozzle adapters and two hose adapters (so 5 pieces total) for only $3 more than I spent for 3 male nozzle adapters, so value-for-money could be improved…….but still, even at $5 more than the garbage plastic adapters, they will mostly likely never need replacing, so I’m okay with that.

As the summer progresses i find my self reaching more and more for the Gardena accessories. They are good quality and easy to use.
