Skip this hose, it’s defective

Water leaks out excessively where the metal end and hose meet. This is not suppose to happen. I tried two different hoses both with the same defect, returned both. Returns employee said they’ve all been coming back leaking there. (Then why is the store still trying to sell a defective product) skip this hose, the end attachment is not a good design.

Q: Does anyone have a solution to some of the holes not working? If I bend the hose, they open up but once it's flat again they close. Very frustrating. I've got about 6 ft of a 25 ft hose that isn't putting out any water.
