Q: Hi, What does virgin cedar mean? Does it have pesticides or chemicals added to it? Is it non-toxic and treatment-free making it suitable for vegetable gardens?

A: Mulch comes in various colours but cedar would chips are just the real cedar without any treatment to my knowledge. They should work fine for vegetable garden

Q: The product bag shows cedar ships and text states the same (unfortunately printed bag not simply clear plastic). The product description has both Aromatic cedar chips for the discriminating gardener and Made from premium virgin cedar bark. Which is it??
