  • A: It is annual. We are in the process of doing our entire yard with it. Seeded some last fall and the remainder this year and it’s doing great. My son seeded his yard with it 3 years ago and his lawn looks fantastic this year even with the dry conditions.

Q: I used 3 .5 sacks last year it started very green it was beautiful after the winter it died and all my lawn looks red it garbage seed it should not be sold to customers at all.
