J’ai acheté deux boîtes et il manquait une sangle dans l’une des deux. Difficile de prouver qu’elle n’y était pas, alors je ne l’ai pas retournée. L’ensemble est vraiment de base. Même pour les débutants, Il est définitivement mieux de payer plus cher pour une meilleure qualité qui servira à long terme, plutôt que d’acheter quelque chose de temporaire qui finira aux déchets. C’est dommage, car je me fiait à la marque. Cet ensemble est décevant et je ne le recommande vraiment pas,

I found the smell to be too overwhelming and the mat was slippery. For a beginner it’s everything you need but the quality is not ideal

We recommend wiping the mat down with 50/50 solution of water and vinegar. This will remove any ink residue on the mat and provide a better grip.

Save your money

Bought this kit because it had all the essential items for yoga, for a great price, and was also latex free, which was a must for me. Then I started to use it for other exercises, and it hasn’t stopped shedding since (and this was only a few days into having it). It’s made a huge mess all over my apartment, so if you don’t want to be spending your time cleaning up a disintegrating mat, I would find a different one. This is one of those things that spending a bit more money on is probably a good idea!!
