This does exactly what it claims to do. Perfect for those sore muscle points you can't reach on your own. You control the pressure and are able to move the tip easily to hit just the right spot, especially if you lightly oil the skin first. I had significant improvement in muscle tension and pain after the first use. So glad I found this product!
