The water doesn't get very cold. It does get quite hot however I wanted it for drinking water

Slow water flow is typically caused by one of the following conditions:
Air trapped in the system, which can occur after initial setup or bottle replacement
Mineral buildup or internal restriction from water quality
Improper bottle seating or a partially blocked probe
A supply or valve issue within the unit
We recommend first removing and reseating the water bottle to ensure it is properly installed, then dispensing water continuously for several minutes to allow any trapped air to purge from the system. If applicable, verify that the unit is level and that no internal components are obstructed.
If the water flow remains slow after these steps, the issue may be due to internal mineral buildup or a valve restriction, which would require service. In that case, please don't hesitate to call us at 1-800-265-8352, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m. ET, and we’ll be happy to assist. - Jessica
