Ordered online. While the product itself seems fine, we had to re-order, due to a big dent. The replacement was also dented and had a cracked crisper drawer. Instead of trying again, we kept the first one, and received a discount. The local store in Kenora, ON was great about it all - very helpful and cooperative. I'll prefer to shop in store instead of risk shipping damage for future items that might be prone to damage.

Looks great, love the color, runs quiet, expected more fridge space but fair given separate freezer and for size, cupholders are great. Top external corner on back left small dent, barely noticeable and seems safe and seems not to affect functionality

Le froid qu'il produit est très faible malgré que je l'ai mis à sa capacité maximale. Le compartiment d' en haut ne produit pas de glace. Le compartiment d' en bas est presque à température ambiante.

Bonjour Christian, merci de nous avoir signalé ce problème. Nous sommes vraiment désolés d'apprendre que votre appareil ne refroidit pas correctement. C'est très frustrant, surtout lorsque les deux compartiments ne fonctionnent pas comme prévu, même au réglage maximal.

Ce que vous décrivez – le compartiment supérieur qui ne produit pas de glace et le compartiment inférieur qui reste à température ambiante – indique clairement un dysfonctionnement. Cela pourrait être lié à la circulation de l'air, au contrôle de la température ou à un autre problème interne. Dans tous les cas, nous sommes désolés que vous rencontriez cette situation.

Si ce n'est pas déjà fait, vérifiez que l'appareil dispose d'un dégagement suffisant pour la ventilation et que les aérations internes ne sont pas obstruées, car cela peut parfois affecter les performances de refroidissement. Q: If one is using a power inverter for off-grid use, What is the start up surge and running power for this refrigerator?

  • A: We actually use it in our off-grid cabin. We plug it into a Bluetti power supply. The fridge is very efficient and we run it on its lowest setting. We get about 3 days without recharging. I'm surprised at how much food it holds. Very pleased with this fridge 👍🏻
