Thermometer worked just fine, just the case broke after several years of using, it was replaced with no additional fee and new thermometer came with it. thermometer is very fast and easy to use

So disappointed, not accurate

So disappointment! As a pediatrician and mom I had high hopes for this thermometer based off the brand I usually love. Unfortunately this thermometer is not accurate at all. My baby is burning up with obvious fever and it is reading 97 and 98 repeatedly. I used another digital rectal thermometer and it is 101.1 consistently. I can’t trust this thermometer at all. I don’t know if I just got a faulty one but it was a huge waste of money.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Battery issues

I bought this for my first bay and every single time I have needed it, without fail, the battery is low or dead. I have replaced the battery about 5 times over the last 2 years and am fed up. I must have got a lemon.

I couldn’t possible have enough good things to say about this thermometer. It is an absolute blessing! I know just how far to insert it, and it gets an accurate reading very quickly. This is the only thermometer that is reliable and I use it 100% of the time.
