As step 3 in the Frida Mom 5-step regimen, each maxi pad contains an instant ice pack to deliver 20 minutes of cooling relief. With the ability to absorb 260 gm of liquid, the pads prevent leaks during chilling therapy sessions. The super-soft top layer supplies comfort on sensitive perineal skin or C-section incisions when used for cold application. Full coverage from front to back allows the adhesive pads to stay in place.
