Q: How do I adjust the bristle brush side to use it. Currently, it is tilted away from the floor at an angle but I cannot find an adjustment lever.

A: the brush/squeege has a small tab on one end. Press down on it.Then push the brush holder on the opposite end towards it with your other hand.

Q: ok I give how do you get the mop head out to change it? We've pushed the handle foward and tried to slide it out....not going to happen.. We are at a complete lost, perhaps an illustration? TIA

A: There's a little green "button" you need to press when sliding, unfortunately when removing the plastic wrap some remained making it very very difficult to remove. I can't see this lasting very long.

Q: Can't get the mop head off to get the plastic off it. The green button seems to do nothing and I can't push the handle, push the button, and slide the mop head off at the same time. HELP!!

A: Great mop but the sponge head is there to stay. Therefore it would be disposable once the sponge goes. Really too bad but it is a design flaw that hasn't been addressed!
