No instructions, other than 3 pictures on the box, but even then it doesn't spin the water out at all!! I didn't even realise there is a drain plug until I was emptying it! I'll spend more and get something that works! ...and the pail handle came off! 1 use!!

Q: How can I remove the white fibre mop head for cleaning? Can it be put in the washing machine?

A: You remove it by putting your fingers into the centre of the mop as far towards the edge of the mop head and pulling down. The mop head is a friction fit. If you need help, a thin screwdriver put between the mop head and the mop. The mop head can be washed in the washer. I let it air dry.

Q: I got 2 additional mop heads for the Franks spin mop and bucket when I purchased the spin mop . Just tried to put one of the new ones onto the mop and they are too small to fit the mop. How do we know which ones will fit the mop?

A: Hi Shawna, For Spin Mop 142-3123, we provided a separate Refill SKU#142-9422, but in the stores there still could be a Refill from an ex-vendor under other SKU number in selling, which is a little smaller than our version and could not fit for our Spin Mop. Thank you.

Q: I've had my Franks mop (grey) for 1.5 years and lost receipt. Unfortunately my mop handle had something snap inside and now it doesn't spin. What are my options to move forward? Can I buy a new mop handle only ? I don't want to waste the dual bucket.

A: Jude, To install the mop head, align the base of the handle with the replacement head and firmly press down to snap it into place. To remove the mop head. Secure the base of them mop head and pull up on the handle.
