Great tool for dusting hard to reach zones. I can easily dust fan blades, tops of window and door frames, light fixtures, ventilation fans, picture frames, etc., etc. No more ladders for me.

I bought this because I had another one before and found very handy to have especially when you have cathedral ceilings with a extender handle which makes it easy to reach high places. The only complaint I have is I wish the handle went down shorter when in close spots it keeps hitting the wall. My other one went down shorter.

Q: Is the duster head removable and compatible with the FRANK Full Circle Refill Duster? So that I can remove one duster, put it in the laundry machine, then put on the refill and keep on cleaning?

  • A: The duster ends can only be hand-washed NOT machine washed. And they do not sell a replacement duster-end, either; neither do the (replacement) hand-duster ends fit.

Q: How do you remove the head of the duster to clean it? Can it be removed?

  • A: The head of the duster screws off, just a couple of inches below the bottom end of the duster. Despite its being removable you cannot replace it with a new one, only clean it, as there are no replacement duster ends available, apparently. The replacement hand duster ends are not compatible with it.

Q: Where are the instructions to lengthen and shorten the duster ? Not clear how to do it. No website for Franks priducts

  • A: Hold the duster with your hands on either side of the smaller green part on the handle, that has a break in it. Turn the lower part of the duster toward you to loosen, pull to make longer, push to make shorter, turn away from you to tighten. It's not hard.
