It's a solid case, but not nearly large enough for 8 poles (I can only fit 2) and not even deep enough to store an inline reel without releasing the bail - so beware that it's much smaller than it would appear to be. Combining that with the cost, I can't give this a much higher rating.
No, I do not recommend this product.
