Zero stars Absolute Garbage

Bought this as an emergency item for our boat. The threads on the top portion that hold the unit together weren't even tight enough to hold the flashlight together once the batteries were in, the whole thing popped apart!. I will be returning this.

Q: Does it float if dropped in the water? What type of light power does it project?

  • A: The Fox 40 LED Marine Flashlight does float when dropped in water, it floats with the head straight up. The 3 LED Flashlight runs off of 2 AA (Duracell Batteries included) and produces Brightness of approximately 10000-12000MCD (millicandelas) which equates to approximately 22 lumens
