MALFUNCTION???

I could not detect any heat for the seat, only the back was heated. I will have to replace it to see if I can get one which provides heat for both my back and seat/legs.

Q: I am looking for a product that heats up both on the back and on the bottom. If this product doesn't do that, which product does?

A: 32-3516 is a massage cushion as main function, and the heat is only on the back. Please select 032-6333, 032-6336 or 032-1450, they are all heat on back and bottom.

Q: Where is the heating element located? The flyer shows the heating element in the seat, the box in the store shows it in the back. Which is it ?
