The four castors under the base all had to be fixed in order for the threads to fit into the base. One of the holes where full of cement which had to be drilled out. As was the same for the holes to pit the top handles into place. Sorry CT you definitely dropped the ball with this product!!

It’s ok

Awkward to assemble and the bolt supplied - to hold the base to the tube that your umbrella sits in - was too short so I had to check a few places to find the right length of 12mm bolt. Did find one and put it together ok. Only other complaint is the casters are so small it’s very hard to apply the locking mechanism. Will see how it lasts.
