Bought this before seeing the reviews so at first regretted my decision. But I've had the dish in use, beside my kitchen sink, for almost 4 weeks and there is no sign of rust. It is well-designed, drains the soap well, and because it is round you can just put the soap down without looking. I would prefer it to be sturdier but I suppose if it were it would cost more.
