I bought these 4 months ago and love the way they look in my garden- they have a soft, ambient white light and do look nice in windy weather. No problems with them so far- just a wipe every now and then on the solar panel to keep dust away and that's all the maintenance required.

She likes the design, especially the bulbs and fixture, but we will see how long it lasts. Our experience is that some of the solar-powered fixtures last for years while others do not last more than 2 years.

pretty BUT...

These are pretty at night don't shed much light but look nice in a planter.
A new problem has developed, we have is a little red squirrel that has developed a taste for the bulbs, he/she is chewing off the bulbs and destroying the lights.
