Simple yet practical floor lamp

I am pleased with this floor lamp as it fits very well in a smaller bedroom. I'm using a smart bulb in it so I can control it using an app (not using the switch). Since the shade is only plastic it allows the light to shine through really well. It's tall enough and was easy to assemble. I may purchase another one!

This lamp is what you'd expect. It's an affordable floor lamp that doesn't have any exceptional characteristics, but does its job well. So far, so good; no issues after having it about one month.

It is a great lamp and works perfectly and offers the perfect lighting for my living room! Only reason its not a five star is because the lamp shade needs to be held by the light bulb making the shade flimsy and weak!

A: Yes, the switch used on the socket is a 3-way switch. If you can find a bulb, which can accomodate the 3-way switch, then this lamp will have the tri-light function.

Q: NONE of the assembly-required lamps I've bought from Canadian Tire over the decades has ever screwed together straight - the bad threads always make them look bent. Should I take my chances on this one?

A: I have had one of these lamps for three or four years now. I do a lot of reading and writing and I have found that a 100W bulb is suitable. I think that anything less could lead to eye strain.

A: It is 72" / 1.83 metres tall. It will use a 3-way bulb, but I have never tried one. The shade is white, the rest of the lamp is silver-coloured.

Q: Love this lamp, but shortly after I bought it, it wouldn't switch on. Plastic switch and is not catching on the screw inside; as if threads are worn. I need another switch or any ideas as to what else might work. Have tried other lamp switches.

A: If you would like to use a LED bulb, it has to be 3-way LED bulb. It won’t work with regular non-dimmable LED bulb, and it won’t work with dimmable LED bulb either. It must be 3-WAY LED bulb.

Q: Replacement parts The inside part of the lamp itself where the turn knobs screw into seems to be stripped/wore down and I am now unable to turn the light on and off on both of them. Where could I find replacement parts to fix it?
