Sturdy, comfortable, great features!

Been 3 years using this chair daily for 8 to 10 hours and it still looks brand new .. I was very chubby and was around 240 pounds and this chair absolutely worked wonders and is still in tact.. Love the adjustable arms rest, the back rest is also adjustable, height of the chair can be adjusted as well, easy assemble, over all, very comfortable. I also use a comfort seat cushion to sit for long hours that helps! Absolutely worth every penny! Love this chair!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Seat has been fine however 2 yrs later the seat is not staying up any longer. I only weigh ~170lbs so should be fine. I only seat in the seat during the weekdays/work hours.

No, I do not recommend this product.

comfortable-but...

I bought two of these for our home office. Very comfortable. Easy to adjust. One major issue - two years later on one chair chok won't hold. I weigh 145 lbs so it's not me. Also, seat is mesh which makes it hard to clean.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I'm not sure if we did something wrong when assembling, but the back just slides up & down on the bar. There doesn't seem to be a way to tighten it to make it saty higher??

Q: What is the knob at back bottom of the seat for? There is no image on the knob or instructions for what it does.

3 Answers
  • A: The knob at the bottom is to loosen the tension for the seat tilt (in combination with lever #2). I found initially, when I lifted lever 2 to adjust the seat tilt, nothing happened. But then I turned the knob at the bottom, which loosened the tension, and now I can adjust the seat tilt.

Q: What is the width of the sear only. Believe the width given includes the armrests. I need 20” max to fit it under my desk.

2 Answers
  • A: I just measured the seat and it is 20 inches, though may be a little bit more, up to 21 inches (it's hard to tell exactly since the seat edges are round). With the armrests, the width is about 26.5 inches.

Q: How do you adjust the seat tilt on this chair... Nothing happens. Where are the instructions on adjusting the chair

2 Answers
  • A: If you find that nothing happens when you pull up on lever 2, it is because you have to loosen the knob that is underneath the seat first.

Q: Please specify seat height dimensions from floor to where you actually sit (not the lumbar height portion). Please indicate the actual height from where the caster touches the floor to where the buttocks touches the chair. This is necessary to determine if the chair is suitable for height adjustable work spaces.

  • A: the height dimensions are very deceiving, it describes it as "seat height", like where you sit, this is incorrect! Their measurements refer to the very top of the chair!

Q: Where can I find out how to adjust the chair? I'm not entirely sure what the dial at the back of the chair and some of the levers under the seat pan actually do.

1 Answer
  • A: See the attached images for more details. 1 Seat Height Adjustment. Pull up on Lever 1, located on the right side of the seat. Lower or raise the seat to your desired height, then release the lever to lock the seat height. 2. Tilt Tension Adjustment. Grasp the round cylinder knob under the front center of the seat. For firmer/stiffer - turn counter clockwise. For softer/looser - turn clockwise. 3. Seat Tilt lock. Pull up on Lever 2, located under right side of the seat. Adjust to your desired angle then push the lever down to lock the seat into position. 4. Armrest Height Adjustment. Adjust armrest by pulling up on the control and moving arm to desired height. 5. Back Height Adjustment. Loosen the back cushion by turning the knob on the back of the chair counterclockwise. Pull the back up to the desired height then, turn the kow clockwise to tighten. 6. Back Angle Adjustment. Pull up on Lever 3, located underneath the right side of the seat. Adjust the back to your desired angle, then push the lever down to lock the back into position. Pull the lever up to release the backrest.
