Q: I’m already stuck at step 2. The gas lift looks different from the drawing. It says to remove the cap, but it won’t come off even though I’m pulling it so hard. Is it normal? So weird.

Q: I heard that the gas cylinders in most modern chairs, which allow you to adjust their height, could explode. How concerned should I be? What happens if that happens? The manufacturer has to take the full responsibility for all damages incurred right?

A: Hello, Chair arms are part of the actual structure which holds up the entire char up – so should not be removeable (they are, but that would disassemble the chair) Hope this helps! Thank you,

Purchased this for my son. He loves it. Does exactly what we hoped it would do. Having an adjustable height really makes a difference. As he grows the chair will continue to meet his needs.

Good chair at a good price

Assembly was a bit difficult but the chair good and comfortable. Up and down adjust but no 'tilt' back, which wasn't a concern for us. Quality of the chair and materials seems okay.
