the only problem with them is the 2 exposed wires to slide through the housing and bend over to make contact are not long enough which create a problem when they try to make contact to light up.

Q: How do I know what replacement mini Christmas incandescent lamps I need? I see voltage and current ratings listed, but not for whether they are for a 10 lamp, 20 lamp, 50 lamp, etc string. I'm looking for replacements for a 20 lamp string.

A: There is no wattage listed on the package but it is possible you have the wrong voltage. If your light string is configured for 2.5 or 6 volts then a 12 volt bulb will be dim.
