Pretty decent

Bought this a couple months ago and I've been pretty happy. It is the first ceiling fan I've ever owned and also the first one I ever installed. It was easy enough to follow directions. While it says that it's not compatible with remotes, I did install a universal switch and it's worked out so far. I'm not an electrician, so can't endorse it, but got lucky and it worked. The middle speed is perfect to get a good breeze going and very quiet. I'm a super light sleeper. I didn't like using the highest speed at first as there was a rattle, I realized recently that it's the pull chain rattling inside the housing. I wrapped some tape on the chain to stop the noise, but may not be a good solution if you're using it as intended. Also everyone says your limited to 25W, but the actual wattage of 25W LEDs is less. So you can do 60W LED bulbs (actual wattage is like 10). Again, not an electrician.
Overall, pretty happy with it but did have to do a bit more work to make it perfect, but comes with the price range. Wish I could remove the pull chain entirely.

Plastic parts

Bought this fan June 2024. The pull chain for fan speed was hard to pull and it just broke off up in motor housing. By the time I had an electrician check it the warranty was just over. Plastic part where chain was connected just broke off. I’m now having to replace the ceiling fan. Not happy with my purchase.

Product works well and easy to assemble. one exception, I had to return the first one I bought. the ends of the connecting wires for the light where backwards.

Fairly easy to install and works good.
Instruction's said to use 2 x 25 watt bulbs but online specifications said 2 x 40 watt. I used 40 watt LED bulbs as for more light.
The only issue I didn't like is the way the fan chain is set up, it seems to make it harder to pull.
