Few flaws...

I really like this product but I had few concerns when I was assembling it. On step one, they provided a glue to stick the parts together but the clue is already hard and I tried heating it up and see if it will melt but it didn't so I can't assemble that part. Next, one of the board should have 4 holes to tighten the screw but it's missing a hole and one screw was not going in to the hole regardless of what I do and end up cracking the board. Overall the product is good for small space, easy to assemble and quality is okay. I guess I just got the bad stock. I will just have to exchange or return it. Tip: Most of the time this product is on sale for 25-50% so if you can wait don't buy at regular price.

Nice little addition to the front walk in, place to set the kids and store their footwear, umbrellas. Looks nice with the dark wood and white cushion.

difficult to line up and not have gaps

I've put many piece of furniture together but this one I found hard which I am surprised as others said it was easy.
Use the clue sparingly as it can leave the wood dowel pieces uneven and then whole bench uneven.
I am glad i bought this on sale
it does look nice and I like the dark color
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Why don't the fabric drawers fit? The bench will only fit a fabric drawer that is up to 10.75 inches high. the fabric cubes that Canadian tire team quoted as made for this bench are 11 inches high! (I purchased one with code 068-0494).

A: The baskets we sell at store are 26.7 x 26.7 x 27.9cm. Anything smaller than these dimensions would fit. The SKU# for these items are: 068-0479 (For Living, Green and Blue Cube Fabric Drawers) 068-0498 (For Living, Pink and Red Cube Fabric Drawers) 068-0494 (For Living, Mocha and Natural (Cream White) Fabric Drawers) We have confirmed this information is correct.

Q: Manufacturer Number I just purchased this product and the cushion cover has a small zipper to open and remove. I had to squish the foam to get it out. In the process the foam ripped. is there a manufacturer number I can call to see if I can get a new foam?

Q: Did I purchase a faulty product? When assembled, the fabric cubes (10.5Wx10.5Dx11H) do not fit into the cube openings (which are only 10.75 inches in height)
