This is my 6th hand held, hoping this newer model charges better/correctly. Both of the other models just died, wouldn't hold charge etc after various amounts of time, none lasted more than year. I followed directions to only charge when needed but that didn't work, they still died. I gave it a 5 star because they're great when they work.

Such an improvement from the original model. Much quieter and more efficient. I especially like the charging stand so I don’t have to fumble around trying to find the charging cord as was with the older model.

The unit is a very poor investment. I've used it twice since I've had it the second time I used it it stopped working as if the battery stopped charging and placed it back in the charger had to place a piece of paper in front of the unit so it would make contact with the charging ports in the rear and then charged when I let it sit and I go to use it the buttons on the side seems to stick I have tried to register this unit on their web page and every time I put in the model number it rejects my information every time I call there phone number to talk to someone I get a voicemail so you can invest in this unit if you feel like wasting money but if you feel like doing that just send it to me so I can get reimbursed because it's really hard getting in touch with this company thank you God bless you and a have great holiday. Next time I will I do more research and invest in a different company and product but I really believed in this company and I was let down.
