Si la pizza colle c'est que votre pâte est trop humide ou qu'il n'y a pas assez de semoule. On ne garnit pas une pizza sur la pelle, elle aura le temps de coller au moment du dépôt dans le four. toujours faire un va et vient avec la pizza sur la pelle avant de la déposer dans le four, ce sera un bon indicateur si elle colle ou pas. les commentaires négatifs sur ce produit sont clairement donnés par des débutants dans le domaine. pratiquez vous avant de mettre la faute sur une pelle à pizza 🍕
