I purchased this online and picked it up. When I got home I realized it is not in fact the same item described on the website. While the product numbers match, I ordered a dual alarm clock, and the actual product is a basic single alarm clock. I will be returning it.

Clock works as it should. I didn’t look inside the box before purchasing, the clock was bigger than I thought. The numbers are a little to bright for me even on the dimmest setting but that is just me, not enough of a problem to return it.

Useless item

I bought this this morning, got it home and now find that it has no power connector. No plug. Just a wire in case I want to plug it into some phone charger or handy computer. Who thought this would be of any value? Without a power cord, it's useless.

Les gens (chinois probablement) qui ont fabriqué ce réveil numérique ne l'ont pas essayé. C'est difficile d'apprendre à l'utiliser. Je monte et répare des ordinateurs depuis plus de 30 ans, et moi-même j'ai eu misère à le programmer. Celui-ci était pour remplacer celui de ma mère de 91 ans... je n'ai même pas essayé de lui faire utiliser. Retour direct la semaine d'après. Ils devraient faire des réveils comme avant, simple, facile d'utilisation, qui dure dans le temps, et qui réveille le monde quand c'est nécessaire.

A: The provided answer does not seem to work for me. Pressing the ' ' or '-' buttons after selecting '02' for wake with radio does not change the volume. Stays at near full volume while pressing buttons and quickly returns to clock display while trying to set wake volume.

Q: Radio turns on for 1/2 hour at 6 AM and 6 PM. How to prevent this? (P.S. My Mom with the problem is in a different province and I can't find a manual online).

A: Could it be that two alarms were set and then the FM radio alarm went off? Only in this case would it start radio by itself. I guess you want to set the alarm clock for the morning, but the setting repeats for one morning and one afternoon alarm. The solution is to reset the alarm clock.
