Q: Should "Best for use in 3.5 - 7 GPF toilets" be Litres per flush (LPF, not GPF)? 3.5-7 GPF sounds like an extremely big toilet.

A: The toilet I installed it in was a low rise tank. Not sure of the tank capacity but it doesn't seem to have a large volume

Q: Is this for a dual flush toilet?

A: This fill valve will work in most dual flush toilets however we recommend using the 400H-002 because of the additional bowl water level adjustment feature. This feature allows you to get more water to the bowl for a flush without adjusting the water level in the tank.
