Q: Bought for our hottub, it came with no instructions. Filled with chlorine mini pucks, twisted dial to lowest flow setting, & 24 hrs later 8 mini pucks had dissolved (wayy too much). Are there instructions or a way to troubleshoot other than returning?

A: I had the same experience. The response you got from CPA Pool Products is useless. This product is poorly designed and I do not understand how Canadian Tire lists this product as "Tested" unless the goal was to allow far too much sanitizer to be used, potentially putting customers at risk.

A: This version is for a spa/hot tub only. It is too small for a pool ; There is a pool version available if needed.

A: Within this 5" diameter chlorine dispenser (normally used for splasher pools and spas/ hot tubs) you can fill up to 10 x 20g. "pills" of solid chlorine or bromine.
