A nice, bright little unit. However in a 10’x10’ screened gazebo, it does not provide any heat to those sitting around the edges. One must sit directly underneath to benefit from any of the heat.

Almost what I wanted

The pictures on the box led me to believe that in addition to the heating elements, there was a light at the bottom. It turns out that was not the case. What I saw as a "light" was simply a white sticker. As I was looking for a heater that had a light, I will be returning it simply for that reason. Did not use, but the heater looked good other than the misleading sticker that looked like a light.

Q: Is the switch replaceable? If so, what is the part number and who is the vendor. Bought 2 units and 1 has stopped working after 15 months. One of the terminals at the switch shows signs of overheating.

  • A: Mine stopped working after about 10 switch pulls. No replacements for the switch that we are aware of. Too unsafe to operate without the switch.
