Table had a manufacturing defect. The steel bars under the glass were riveted in the wrong position (on an angle and not parallel to the edge) Table was returned for an exchange.

Sturdy as heck

I was eyeing a different small table but the red one I wanted was $50 more than the blue one. So I opted for this black powder coated one with the clear top. It actually goes better with my set. It is solid, a very good weight and will fold up and away in my shed in the winter.

A: In theory it might be possible. The top is glass. I suppose if the barbecue has legs long enough to keep the majority of the heat away from the glass and wont scratch the glass it may be ok.
