Easy to use, reached where I needed it to go and easy to handle. Good sharp pruning blade. Was exactly what I needed for a problem branch that had been bothering me for ages but had been otherwise out of reach.

Q: Anybody else encounter these two issues: 1. the pruner blade hits the end of the metal hook and does not cut the last 1/2 inch. 2. the saw blade only cuts in forward stroke and sticks fast trying to pull back.

Q: I do not hear the "click sound" when I want to adjust the length, so, it will not stay in one place when I use it.

A: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The locking mechanism on the Power-Lever® Extendable Pole Saw & Pruner should produce a noticeable "click" when properly engaged. If you're not hearing that sound and the pole won't stay in position, the internal lock may not be fully engaging, or the pole sections might need to be realigned before extending. We recommend retracting the pole completely, checking for any debris or obstructions, then slowly extending it again while rotating slightly to help the lock catch. If the issue persists, we’d be happy to look into a warranty solution for you: https://www.fiskars.com/en-us/customer-service/warranties
