    Great Product

    Purchased to keep the trees around the house in check and lived up to all expectations. Saw very sharp, just need to keep an eye on the nut, hand tighten before use. The trimmer also worked great!

    I purchased this to replace yardworks and the first time I used it the cutting blade snapped off.

    Thank you for your feedback on this product. The manufacturer of this product (Fiskars) is aware of an imperfection in the manufacturing of the blade, and has since corrected this problem. Both Fiskars and Canadian Tire fully stand behind the quality of it's products. Fiskars has a lifetime warranty and they will gladly replace any defective product at no charge.

    Both Cantire and Fiskars website indicate there is lifetime warranty. I didn't pay too much attention when I bought this last Fall. The pruning blade broke this July but I cannot find my receipt. I filed a support call online at Fiskars; and they ship me a replacement blade. I am very satisfied they stand behind their word. And with the occasional sale of this item at CanTire, I still think it is a good deal.

    Went through 3 in one season!

    First one we bought ... my husband thought it's a great looking product.. until the spring broke and the jaws would not open... Returned it.. 2 hours later, same tree, where the handle joints together is a plastic insert.. how can you say... Snap! And the third one, the metal blade broke off half an inch from the tip! Forth one awaits for the next season.. uh-oh! receipt will be expired!! :p))

    J'ai fais parvenir un courriel à la compagnie Fiskars, pour leur mentionner mon problème avec la lame de l'émondoir. Il m'ont fais parvenir par Federal Express une nouvelle lame #sans frais#. Cette compagnie s'occuppe de ses clients. Bravo. RobertC
