Waste of money
a year ago
Very disappointed to see so many similar reviews. Same happened with mine, 1.5 years (warranty is for 1 year, convenient) later and the motor burns out. No troubleshooting or guidance, just to buy another.

Not happy with this product

I bought this Purifier in 2021 and recently it started making a humming noise after I turn it off. It is still working but concerns me that the only way it shuts completely off is to unplug it. I have to unplug to shut it off.

Loud squealing while running

Enjoyed this Air Purifier for 14 months. Just as soon as it was out of warranty (1 year) it started making a super loud squealing while running. There is no way to service the motor shaft so it is garbage now. Be prepared that the life of this product is only as long as the warranty.

The allure of inexpensive filters.

The product worked great for the first year. Now the fan is out of balance and/or the unit has a problem with a bearing. It now circulates air with makeing a hideous motor noise. I'm a little concerned the motor will catch fire. For your dollar stay clear and if you own one of these unit it's probably just a matter of time for a recall because of subpart motor components.
No, I do not recommend this product.
