The Fellowes Ultimate Foot Support provides a free-floating platform that allows a rocking motion for improving circulation. Choose from three height settings of 100mm, 140mm or 165mm and up to a 25-degree tilt for custom comfort. The surface has massage bumps designed to relieve work-related tension in your feet and lower legs. The foot support also elevates your feet and legs to relieve pressure on your lower back, helping you find ultimate relief at your desk.

Even before it broke it was always collapsing. I guess it was designed only to support the weight of feet and no one thought about the feet being attached to the most powerful muscles in the human body. Any uneven pressure when pushing away from your desk and the hinge would pop out like a geriatrics knee sending the little rubber discs flying of across the room. Shame it was not built more robustly, as the previous reviewer said, it was a good concept... just under-engineered.

Foot Rest Failure

This product is not all it is advertised to be. The design intent is good but the execution of the design failed. This foot rest should be able to work in three positions but will only properly function in one. The pieces continuously separate once you put your feet on it rendering it useless.
