Shreds up to 12 sheets of paper per pass into small cross-cut particles for enhanced security on confidential documents (Security Level P-4). In addition to paper, this shredder can also safely shred staples, paper clips, and unopened junk mail. To protect more than your identity, the 12C's patented Safety Lock allows you to disable the shredder when not in use for added safety protection. With the ability to shred continuously for up to 10 minutes before a cool down period is needed, the 12C is ideal for personal deskside use and includes a 5-gallon pull-out waste bin that helps eliminate messes by keeping shredded particles contained.

    Pricey but good.

    Love the pull out drawer…no more lifting the heavy motor unit to empty bin. Does exactly as advertised. No auto shut off, you must turn the machine off after use.

    Cute shredder, nice size, love that it is on wheels, and is nice and quiet... for a shredder. my model does not have a full basket indicator, so empty it when it looks full, otherwise the shredder keeps shredding, and the paper gets quite compacted, and hard to empty. Great value for the money.

    Purchased this yesterday, have already put it through its paces shredding old financial records. Stuck with a fellows as my last one, purchased at least 20 yrs ago, was amazing and I worked it to its demise!
