The camera works well, when it stays on. I use this camera as a baby monitor for my granddaughter. The camera goes into sleep mode. When you touch the play icon, on your phone, it comes back on. The problem is that it goes into sleep mode again, a little while later. I need to see and hear when my granddaughter wakes up. With this camera going into sleep mode, it's pointless as a baby monitor.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Are you trying to pair your phone with your camera to set it up? You need to have your phone and camera near your modem. It took me a few tries, but it worked. Yes 2.4 is the way to go

Q: Does the EZVIZ Mini O camera automatically record over footage once the SD card is full? I want to ensure it just doesn't fill up and stop recording and I don't want to have to regularly manually delete footage.

A: EZVIZ devices are configured in a way that when the SD card reaches it maximum capacity, the newest videos overwrites the oldest video ensuring that your device will continuously record motion events when they do occur.
