    Cumbersome

It takes a lot of effort to set up this shelter and even then it tests your patience. If you're camping with four bodies no big deal, just two pain you know where, yourself? Forget about.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good size, missing parts and cubersome

Not a bad shelter, worked for nice weather camping (playing cards around a picnic table). Was missing one of the pieces that are used to secure the guy lines down, even though it was clearly unused in the bag. Setting it up is harder than most tents, it's definitely a two person job.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Great Screen Tent

I love camping, love the great outdoors but...HATE the bugs! This screen tent is perfect - very easy set-up (first time only took about 10 minutes with two of us and only glancing at the instructions), a really good size and great airflow. Would not recommend it if you are looking for something to use when it's raining - this is a screen tent and is therefore mostly screen. Perfect for sun shade and bug free nights though!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Spacious and sheltering

Good value for the price. Once set up, this screen house seems much larger than the 14'x14' footprint required. Room for two picnic tables, or an outdoor living room within it! We use this as an outdoor smoking area for guests and it's much appreciated, especially in spring when the bugs are brutal. The solid fabric overhead doesn't seem like much in the way of protection but has kept us dry in rain showers and withstood a full season of wind, rain and UVs thus far. Rating 4/5 stars (-1 for the very odd top-pole system. First time setup takes a bit of figuring out. Also the included aluminum tent pegs are very thin and bent on first use. Picking up a pack of sturdier pegs at the same time is recommended.)

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    • A: You should always peg down a tent in case of wind or breeze. Metal pegs are provided.

    Q: Is the floor removable?

    • A: There are usually no floors in a shelter type tent since it is not enclosed with water resistant material and water would collect on the floor. Imagine the mess with water and mud. This does not have a floor.
