Great style

I liked the different heating options however it is not a dependable kettle. Connection with the base is poor and it starts to boil then quits.mine burnt out just after the warranty was up. I’ll go back to cheap kettles that never seem to quit!

Bought for it's great styling and assumed great quality. Poor connection at the base so it OFTEN does not turn on when you push the button. Now it turns on BY ITSELF - huge fire risk.

Kettle stopped working a year

We were happy for the first year with this kettle, which is why this review gets 2 stars instead of just 1 star. We ended up throwing away the receipt and box. We use the kettle typically once a day to boil about 4 cups of water for morning coffee. Our water isn't particularly hard, and we regularly descale the kettle. However, shortly after 1 year, the kettle stopped boiling. The display still shows, and when you push the start button you get a reassuring click that it's supposed to start heating, but nothing ends up happening. The build quality does not match its appearance.

Doesn't last long, died shortly after warranty, won't recommend it. And Canadian tire should remove the 50 character requirements for posting a review.
